SHIPPING POLICY

UK Shipping Information

Orders placed before midday Monday-Friday will be shipped that afternoon. We utilize Royal Mail as our chosen shipping service. Our standard shipping option is 2nd class post, so please allow for up to 7 working days for the delivery of your order. This delivery period may be extended during national holiday periods.

For our customers in the UK, we are pleased to offer free 2nd class shipping on orders with a minimum order value of £50.00.

Global Shipping Information

Please anticipate a delivery time of up to 25 working days for your order to reach its destination.

Please note that we retain the right to adjust postage fees based on individual shipping destinations. In such cases, we will promptly inform the customer of any changes from the original order and will await your confirmation before proceeding with the dispatch. We genuinely appreciate your understanding in this regard.

 

Once items are in transit, we regret to inform you that we cannot assume responsibility for them. However, please be aware that all items valued at £100 or more will be dispatched using recorded delivery. If you wish to receive tracking information for your order, please don't hesitate to request it from us.
